"Just yesterday, Don and his crew completed a 3-day job painting all wood trim, porches, and a variety of other parts of my home in Sycamore Township. To say that I am extremely happy with the finished work is an understatement.

To begin, Don’s estimate for completing the work was by far the lowest I received, and I did solicit estimates from multiple other firms. The project included painting anything wood on my otherwise 3,200 SF white painted brick home, including garage doors and two porches. To my surprise, Don’s estimate also covered re-doing my wooden front door with coats of Yachts Spar. For a surprisingly small additional sum, Don and his crew also power washed my entire home and, just out of professional courtesy, they then power washed my sizable stone patio for free. In the end, and after watching the work progress across three days, I was a little befuddled that the overall cost of the project came in as low as it did.

The quality of Don’s work was exemplary. The original bid involved fixing whatever trim or other wooden parts of the home needed replacement or repair. He did this and more. For instance, he noticed a water leak on the ceiling of my front porch. His crew not only discovered the source of the leak associated with a gable on the roof, but they also effected a temporary repair of the problem until I can get a roof professional to address the issue. They then repaired the ceiling of my porch roof in ways that makes it seem like new. In addition to power washing the massive brick areas of my home, they also scrubbed all windowsills and select other parts of the slightly mildewed white brick with bleach and then repainted those areas. This was entirely outside the scope of his estimate or my requested work plan, and, again to his credit, Don completed these tasks at no extra cost. The transformation in my home has therefore been quite amazing!

Don and his crew worked consistently hard every minute of every day and cleaned up after themselves. Don was onsite every day to assist and supervise, so the work was completed in an efficient and thorough manner with all assurances that they would return if I discovered any flaws, which I have not after a complete inspection.

I am super pleased with Don’s work and will absolutely hire him again for any interior or exterior painting I might require in upcoming years. I will not bother with requesting any estimates from any other firm. I recommend Don highly!"

"Don Naegele painted the exterior of our home here in Loveland. His estimate was reasonable and did not ask for more. Don was careful about how I spent my money on the paint he used and made recommendations on how to get the best price. Don was even quick to discover that the numbers on the paint sample I purchased from the store did not match with the numbers on the factory brochure that I was using to match the wall and trim colors. It could have been a disastrous and expensive mistake.

They arrived each day exactly when promised so I could talk to them before I left for work and kept in touch via text throughout the day if either of us had questions. Speaking of questions, whenever I ask a question, Don was responsive and never once failed to give complete answers. He knows his business from the professional painter standpoint and from the perspective of a homeowner concerned with a job that looks good, will last, and well let’s say, less than affluent.

He watched my pennies as if they were his own dollars. The crew, like Don, was polite, respectful, and professional at all times. When they left each day there was hardly any evidence they had been there except for their completed work. I am proud of the quality of the work and the look or freshly painted home.
